Autoclave is used in sterilization process by steam method under high temperature and pressure. In other words, it is sterilized in a steam-saturated environment and at a temperature higher than 100 ° C. In this condition, the items and tools that will not be spoiled are put on the grill in the boiler and the cover is tightly closed and screwed.
